Lieutenant Hugh Adies Sawed-off Shotgun
Lieutenant Hugh Adie’s sawed-off shotgun went to war with him. Four years’ later, it returned with him to Stafford. Within a short time, it was stolen and disappeared.
In the 1990s it was discovered in a Civil War collector’s show, purchased, and added to the collection of Stafford’s White Oak Civil War Museum and Research Center.
