Halloween!
Calling all little ghosts and goblins! Dress in your Halloween costume (age-appropriate and NO MASKS, please) and come learn about getting ready for Halloween, go “trick-or-treating” with some Halloween creatures, and make a friendly jack-o-lantern to take home.
“Little Learners” is the museum’s interactive series of children’s programming that brings fun facts, objects, and activities out of the past!
The series will be held monthly for children ages 2 to 5. Each month will feature a different craft inspired by local history. Past programs have included drawing maps, construction paper traffic lights, and tissue paper basketballs!
A Parent/guardian must accompany their children.
This program is FREE thanks to a Power of Change grant from the Rappahannock Electric Cooperative.
THIS EVENT IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO 15 CHILDREN. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
Participants may be photographed for use in museum promotional and marketing material.
