Alexander Morson (1759-1822) was the son of Arthur Morson (1735-1798), a wealthy Scottish merchant with businesses in Falmouth.  In 1800 Alexander married in Stafford County Ann Casson Alexander (1781-1831) who inherited her family home, Snowden, after the death of her brother in 1804.  Alexander resided on Hollywood, which was located on the north side of U.
