Tracing its lineage to George Washington’s Continental Army, the Old Guard’s marching tunes hearken back to Revolutionary War times, giving listeners a glimpse of our nation’s storied past. Dressed sharply in bright red colonial coats, and with crisp delivery, they are certain to bring the sights, sounds, and stories of the nation’s founding to life.
Throughout the event, the Loyal Drums and Revolutionary War–era reenactors will enliven the ideas that shaped early America. Guests can also watch a live blacksmithing demonstration by Black Horse Forge , showcasing 18th-century craftsmanship.
